Reduce fixed costs by choosing the best plan and options
COVO offers four plans to fit your work style. Choose from the “Drop-in Plan” which requires no monthly cost, the “Virtual Office Plan” which allows you to register your address and use it on business cards and websites, the “Booth Plan” which allows you to use a dedicated desk 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, or the “Private Room Plan” which offers a completely private room (for 2 to 4 people) with individual air conditioning in each room. We also offer various options such as unlimited use of the coworking space and contract lockers, so please feel free to combine them as needed.
Drop-in plan
The “Drop-in Plan” is a fully paid plan that allows you to use the free space for 0 yen per month or 440 yen per hour. The space is equipped with power and Internet access and can be used for work or meetings.
Virtual Office Plan
The “Virtual Office Plan” costs 9,900 yen per month (now 7,700 yen) and includes the contents of the “Drop-in Plan” plus the use of COVO’s address. You can also use the address on printed materials and receive mail.
The virtual office also offers other options such as unlimited use and a phone number. By combining these options, you can reduce waste and lower the cost of your business.

Booth Plan
A dedicated desk is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a complete plan that includes desks, chairs, power, Internet, optional “unlimited use,” a small locker, “address use” for company registration, and mail receiving service.

Private Room Plan
A “fully private” room with a key is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This popular plan includes not only desks and chairs, but also power, Internet, and optional “unlimited use” and “address use. All of COVO’s private rooms are “completely private” and each room is air conditioned, so you can focus on your work.
COVO is ideal for those with a business base, as it can be registered and includes mail delivery service. We have a variety of sizes available, so please choose the one that best suits your business needs and number of employees.
